Volunteers Needed for tag sale in June

Spring Greetings.

AFOC JUNE/SEPTEMBER TAG SALES

Anneliis Koiv is once again hosting the two Tag Sales for Animal Friends. The dates of these events are the May 31th to 1st June (Saturday 8 to 5 and Sunday 8 to noon) and September to be announced. The hours for both Tag Sales are 8 to 5 on Saturday and 8 to 12 noon on Sunday.

All donors will receive a copy of the Salvation Army valuation guide. After providing your name, address and estimated value of donations, AFOC will mail you a tax receipt. Donations will be accepted immediately for the first event and can be dropped off at the garages at 159 Nod Road. Simsbury.

Please note that we can use anything BUT used clothing, mattresses, hangers or exercise equipment. All items must be in good condition. Unfortunately we are unable to pick up merchandise at your home.

Volunteers are welcome to help in setting up and manning the tables. Beverages and food will be provided for them. We also need the loan of large tables to display all of our items.

The Tag Sales will be at 159 Nod Road, the old white farmhouse directly north of the Pickin’ Patch Farm Store, on and one-half miles north of the Avon Old Farms Inn. (FYI: Nod Road is not Route 10. This is a common error). For more information call 860-833-7674.
